About Me

I am a first-honor roll student at Bergen Catholic High School with a deep intellectual curiosity about health and public policy. I actively explore these issues through articles, podcasts, and by writing bi-weekly blog posts that examine public health policy, healthcare access, and their broader societal implications.

I seek out opportunities that challenge me to think critically and globally about health leadership. I have participated in the Johns Hopkins Global Health Leadership Conference and will participate in the Yale Young Global Scholars Program, experiences that have strengthened my analytical thinking, exposed me to diverse perspectives, and deepened my understanding of complex global health challenges.

Motivated by these interests, I founded the Eat Smart Project, an initiative focused on educating and promoting healthy eating in underserved communities. Through this project, I also work to expand access to music education for young children, integrating nutrition education with creative expression to foster both physical well-being and personal growth.

Beyond academics, I am committed to service and community engagement. I volunteer weekly as a tutor for young children in Paterson and regularly perform concerts at nursing homes throughout Bergen County. 

I am passionate about music and athletics. I am an accomplished cellist who won multiple music competitions, and I serve as the principal cellist of the string ensemble Friends with Music. I am also a dedicated runner, competing in cross-country and indoor and outdoor track. A significant milestone in my athletic career was contributing to my team’s State Championship victory in cross country, and I have competed in varsity events throughout the season.

Through intellectual exploration, leadership, creative expression, athletics, and service, I strive to better understand the world and contribute meaningfully to it.
